Come enjoy the day at Smithsonian's National Zoo! Gay Day at the Zoo will take place on Sunday, May 6 from Noon-5 PM. It is the perfect opportunity to roam the Zoo in a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment surrounded by members of our LGBTQ+ and ally community.
Rainbow Families & The DC Center are partnering to have a meet-up for families with activities and crafts for the kids at a location TBD. We also invite you to use the space to enjoy your lunch either purchased on site or packed and brought with you.
Be sure to explore the Zoo on your own or along with some of your new friends. Or head on over to ride the carousel or explore the Kids Farm.
